President & Chief Operating Officer, LPS Field Services (LPSFS) and LPS Asset Management Solutions (LPSAMS)
Chad is responsible for driving each company’s strategy, increasing the value of services provided to our clients, and driving each company to continue to be best in class service providers in the REO and Field Service industries. Having joined LPSAMS in 2003, Chad has held the position of Chief Operating Officer for LPSAMS since January 2004. He assumed the additional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer for LPSFS in January 2006. With over 1,000 employees, LPSAMS and LPSFS comprise the largest providers of Field Service and REO solutions under one management team. Combining overall leadership of both organizations presents unique opportunities to leverage key operational strengths and technology offerings, as well as creating other opportunities to benefit the mortgage industry.
Prior to joining LPSAMS, Chad held a number of senior management positions in the mortgage industry. Most recently, he was president and CEO of IMX, Inc. a provider of mortgage origination software solutions. At IMX, Chad raised the venture capital required to operate a start-up organization, and led the company to become a successful and profitable operation. Before that, he held senior management positions at The Money Store, First Nationwide Mortgage Corporation and FGB Realty Advisors, Inc. In these positions, he was responsible for management of various areas within the default-servicing arena, including REO, Field Services, Loss Mitigation and Foreclosure/Bankruptcy management. Before joining FGB, Chad worked for Coopers and Lybrand.
Chad holds a BS degree in Finance from Oklahoma State University.

Managing Director, Field Services
As Managing Director, Jerry has overall responsibility for Operations, Product Management, Vendor Management, Client Relations/Satisfaction, Training, and Strategy across the following functional areas: Pre-sale - Inspections and Preservation, REO Preservation, and High Risk (Code Violations and Vacant Property Registration).
Jerry has been with LPSFS in this capacity for 2.5 years. Prior to Lender Processing Services, Jerry spent over 12 years as an operations/strategy consultant with Accenture, focusing on retail financial services and mortgage servicing companies with an emphasis in default servicing. He also was SVP/COO of the USA Value Exchange, a subsidiary of First Data Corporation’s Card Services Group.
Jerry holds a BS degree in Finance and Accounting from Texas Tech University and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

First Vice President, Industry Relations & Risk Management
Rob serves as First Vice President, Industry Relations & Risk Management for LPS Field Services, Inc. (LPSFS) and LPS Asset Management Solutions, Inc. (LPSAMS). Rob fosters relationships with city and state officials and investors to create open lines of communications with respect to loan level issues, and emerging legislation and industry trends as the FVP of Industry Relations. Such relations assist LPSFS and LPSAMS in their continuous effort to identify, and proactively resolve potential issues that may impact the Companies, their clients and suppliers, and the default servicing industry as a whole. While, in his capacity as FVP for Risk Management - Rob oversees the Human Resources department, manages litigation, claims, and risk management initiatives for LPSFS and LPSAMS, and provides guidance to both the LPSFS and LPSAMS management staff.
Prior to joining LPSFS and LPSAMS in 2004, Rob worked as an Associate in the labor and employment department of a Cleveland law firm, and served as Of Counsel to a Cleveland law firm specializing in business, real estate and collections law.
Rob earned his B.S. degree from Ohio State University and a law degree (J.D.) from Cleveland Marshall College of Law.

Vice President, Information Technology
Duane is responsible for driving the Field Services’ application development initiatives and ensuring they align to the firm’s strategy to provide the best technology solutions for our clients, business partners, and vendors. Duane joined LPSFS in January 2009.
Prior to joining LPSFS, Duane has held a number of senior management positions within the financial services industry. He is accomplished in directing the planning, development and implementation of technology initiatives that have enabled organizations to achieve operational and business excellence. During his career, Duane has held positions at The Federal Reserve Bank and KeyCorp where he has built extensive experience in leading technology organizations in delivering solutions to complex business needs.

Vice President, Finance & Accounting
Diana manages all areas of the LPSFS Accounting Department including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and General Ledger. She is also responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements and various management reporting. She joined LPSFS in 1998. Overall, Diana has 25 years of accounting experience from various companies.
Diana earned her B.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin. Upon graduation she passed the CPA exam and was accepted as a Certified Public Accountant in 1988.

Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology
Scott is responsible for driving technology strategy and best in class solutions for clients, employees, and business partners at LPS Asset Management Solutions, LPS Field Services and LPS Auction Solutions.
Prior to joining LPS, Scott served as a experienced strategic advisor and technology innovator across a wide range of industries specializing in financial services, manufacturing, transportation, and retail. Scott has held roles such as CTO for MGM Mirage, CTO for PepsiCo’s Frito Lay, Senior Vice President and Chief Architect of Citigroup’s Lending Divisions where he drove telecom, call center, and application development programs for the banking industry. A strong, diverse background in technology and strategy facilitated his success at companies such as McDonnell Douglas, A.G. Edwards, Citigroup, MGM Mirage, and PepsiCo.
Scott’s graduate programs include Management and Computer Resource Management, and undergraduate in Computer Science and Electronics Engineering.

Vice President, IT Infrastructure
Scott joined LPS Asset Management Solutions in August of 2009 and is a leading expert in the Information Technology field. He has more than 15 years experience implementing technology solutions for companies in diverse industries such as manufacturing, telecommunications, real estate development and finance.
Additionally, Scott has been featured in numerous industry publications for innovative uses of technology and is a member of the Association of Information Technology Professionals. Creating a new standard for IT, Scott continues to assemble award winning IT teams that leverage technology to support business goals and objectives.

First Vice President, Operations
Patrick Gluesing joined the LPSFS leadership team in September 2009 and is responsible for the oversight of production operations across 3 sites located in Solon, Ohio, Westminster, Colorado, and Pasadena, California. Production operations includes: inspections, pre-sale preservation, REO preservation, risk mitigation, client services, high risk, contract management, and client on-boarding. In this role he has direct management oversight for a workforce of over 500 people.
Patrick has been in the financial services industry for over 20 years, with C-level experience in commercial and retail lending, mortgage lending operations, loan servicing, sub-servicing and management consulting. Patrick has held positions at LoanCare Servicing Center, Inc., LandAmerica Financial, Saxon Capital, AmTrust Bank and JP Morgan Chase. His extensive industry experience both as a lender, as well as a vendor, give him a unique perspective in building mutually beneficial relationships with our clients.

John Fitzgerald

Vice President, Strategy
John works directly with the Field Services Senior Leadership team to help drive our operating strategy across all facets of the organization, inclusive of process, technology, and human capital initiatives. John also has responsibility for internal process improvement staff and our business intelligence capabilities.
Prior to joining LPSFS in October 2009, John spent 7 years at National City as a Senior Business Strategist driving a variety of strategy, process and technology initiatives. Prior to National City, John was a Senior Manager at Accenture (formerly known as Andersen Consulting) responsible for driving a variety of technology, strategy, and business process re-engineering consulting engagements for Fortune 500 companies.
John has a B.S. in Management Information Systems and an MBA in Finance, both from The Ohio State University.

Vice President, Operations Performance Management
Anne is responsible for bridging the gap between the business community and the Operations area for performance optimization. Anne has been in the mortgage industry over twenty years and her career covers managing functionality of default servicing, investor reporting, client service, and escrow administration.
Anne joined LPS FS in 1998. With more than 20 years experience in the mortgage banking industry, she has specialized in management of foreclosure, bankruptcy processing, and loan administration. She has concentrated on operations-related work and loan-servicing system conversions.
Anne earned her B.A. in Management from Malone College where she trained in Total Quality Management.

Vice President, Property Preservation
Scott is responsible for leading our Preservation operations teams to consistently deliver a high quality product and customer satisfaction. He joined the LPSFS management team in January 2009.
Prior to LPSFS, Scott was Director of Operations with a national field service company and owner of Professional Field Services. Scott has been actively engaged in the financial services industry for more than 15 years, specializing in Hazard Insurance Recovery and Property Preservation Management.
Scott earned a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Fredonia in 1988.

Vice President, Property Preservation
Tim is responsible for leading the strategy, management, and execution of the Westminster and Pasadena locations. Tim Guertin joined the LPSFS management team in 2009 and has over 15 years of experience in the financial services arena.
Prior to LPS, he spent the previous 11 years with Washington Mutual where he held several senior leadership roles in a variety of operational capacities. Some of which include the oversight of strategic support / program management, vendor management, business process outsourcing, business continuity, real estate, product development, acquisitions and operations.
Tim previously served as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps and holds a BS in Business from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.

Vice President, Client Services
Joy is responsible for driving Service Delivery initiatives ranging from new client implementations and organization-wide process improvement projects, to the strategic positioning of the LPSFS Contact Center as the conduit between clients, homeowners, and LPSFS Operational and Client Relations teams. Joy leads the contact center group supporting, clients, contractors, and the public. She also is responsible for our High Risk, Code Violations, and Vacant Property Registration services. She joined the LPSFS management team in November 2007.
Prior to joining LPSFS, Joy held Marketing, Client Services, and Operational Leadership roles for more than 20 years in a number of industries including manufacturing, specialty retailing, health care and financial services.
Joy earned her BS in Business Administration from the University of Akron.

Vice President, Supplier Relations
Keith O'Donnell joined LPSFS in November 2007 as the VP of Supplier Relations. In this position, he is responsible for the acquisition, quality control, maintenance, and administration of all vendors for the inspections, property preservation and REO functions. Keith has extensive experience in working with suppliers to develop collaborative programs to align the interest of the clients, the service company, and the vendor/suppliers.
With over 20 years experience in the financial services industry, he has been involved with originations, processing, underwriting, collections, and management. His last position was as VP, Divisional Processing Manager with National City Home Equity
Keith earned a BS in Mathematics from Penn State University in 1986.

First Vice President, Director of Governmental Strategy & Technical Re-Platform
Michele Stockdale joined the LPSFS leadership team in February 2008 and is responsible for the oversight of core operations across 3 sites located in Solon, Ohio, Westminster, Colorado, and Pasadena, California. Core operations includes: inspections, preservation, risk mitigation, client services, high risk, contract management, and client on-boarding. Since Michele has joined our team, core operations has grown from a 150 person workforce to over 500.
Michele has been in the mortgage servicing industry for over 20 years specializing in all phases of default servicing. Michele has held positions at Chase Mortgage, National City Mortgage, ABN Amro Mortgage Group, and Washington Mutual. Michele is actively involved in the industry and participates in the MBA Preservation Sub-committee and other industry groups as both a panelist and a contributor. Her experience allows her to bridge the gap between the private and public sectors as it relates to property issues.
