Potential Contractors

To keep up with growing demands of the property preservation industry, LPSFS is constantly seeking experienced professionals nationwide who will provide qualified property preservation services according to FHA and VA guidelines. LPSFS requires all contractors to be insured with $1,000,000 General Liability and $1,000,000 Errors and Omissions coverage. Contractors who meet these qualifications are encouraged to apply.

To request an application, please e-mail the Supplier Relations Property Preservation department or call (440) 633-4290. References and proof of insurance are required at the time of application. Along with your application, you will need to specify the zip codes within your coverage area. Upon receipt of these materials, LPSFS' Vendor Management department will contact references, verify insurance and contact you about employment if there is an immediate need in your coverage area. If there is no immediate need, your information will be kept on file for future reference.
